Shipping & Returns

• Processing: in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Delivery time: most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
• Free shipping on orders of $150 and up.
• Tracking: every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is sent to you once it ships.
• Packaging: each piece ships securely packaged in a protective box.
• Address: double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered.
• Charlotte, NC: choose local pickup or same-day hand delivery. See the Local Pickup Policy.
• Custom orders ship or are hand delivered after the remaining 50% balance is paid. Production time is quoted with your CAD approval.

• 7-day returns on in-stock pieces. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
• The piece must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and any certificate.
• Buyer pays return shipping. Please use a tracked, insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the piece.
• Not returnable: custom orders, resized or altered pieces, and pieces that show wear, damage or tampering.
• Custom deposits are 50% and non-refundable, as stated on the custom order page.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what we described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, and cover the return shipping.
